Why now
Enterprises want agentic AI without giving up control of data, models, or compliance. SYVA pairs Data Nexus — a self-hosted control layer — with live applications Voice AI Agent and MeetInsight. Knowledge AI sits on the same foundation and is not shipping yet.
What we're building
- Data Nexus — register, secure, route, and monitor private AI estates
- Voice AI Agent — telephony-live reactive agents with measurable latency and guardrails
- MeetInsight — meeting insight, follow-up, and next-meeting prep on the same governed stack
- Knowledge AI — same foundation; not live yet
Use of funds
Product depth on Data Nexus, Voice as the commercial wedge, and MeetInsight; enterprise sales and security review capacity; selective hiring to land and expand private deployments.
